This two bedroom ranch cabin is on Center Pond just 3 1/2 miles outside the town of Lincoln,Maine and is very private and secluded. Lincoln is fifty miles north of Bangor and is centrally located between Bar Harbor and Baxter State Park. Center Pond is a clear warm lake and the fishing is good. There is a deck down by the lake and a dock going out into the lake. The lake is about 100' from the house. The house has a deck with a BBQ grill on the deck. There is also lawn furniture on the deck.
This vacation cabin has wall to wall carpeting in all rooms, two bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee pot, microwave oven and all utensils, full tile bathroom with shower. The living room has a L shaped sofa that can sleep two and a fireplace for those cozy evenings. The front bedroom has a TV with a DVD player. There is also a 21" TV in the living room with a VCP. The house has Satelite TV also.
A 14’ boat and motor is available for a small charge.
Sorry but no pets or smoking allowed in the house. Towels and linen not supplied.

Rental is $500.00 /week, $840.00/two weeks for May, June, July, Aug. and September. After Sept. rates are slightly higher. Will accept monthly or longer rentals. Call for availability. Boat and motor is available to use on lake for $125.00 /week, $175.00 for two weeks.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be given if 45 days or more cancellation notice is given prior to your date.
Property Rental Deposit Required:
A $200.00 deposit is required to hold the scheduled time. Full paynment is required at least 45 days prior to your date. There will be no refund of deposit after that. There will be no refund once you occupy the house or decide to leave early. There will be no refund if you rent the boat then decide not to use it.
