Cancellations made more than seven days prior to your stay will be charged a $10.00 bookkeeping fee. Cancellations made less than seven days prior to your stay will be charged the full amount. If the room is rented, you will receive a gift certificate for a future visit.

If credit card is not used, a check for one-half the cost of the entire stay must be received within five days of telephone booking.
