A 20 minute picturesque drive from Syracuse or Skaneateles Village in the picturesque Finger Lakes region of Central New York State is The Reunion Chalet at Winslip Drive.
The Chalet has been completely renovated in 2007 and is surrounded by 25 acres of woods and streams (indeed, there is even a waterfall in the side yard). Think of it as your own private retreat Chalet.

And it is huge. Top floor is a King Master Bedroom Suite with private bath and lounge area overlooking the Great Room with it’s signature stone fireplace and wall of windows. This area also has a futon for sleeping.The Main floor has two bedrooms which share a full bath. The designer kitchen includes an island with bar stools and kitchen table for 5. A breakfast area surrounded by glass seats 4 more. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably in the Great Room.

More. Lower level is the Game Room with fireplace (pool table) and wet bar. A huge bedroom with two Queen beds plus a small bedroom with two twins are in the same area. The Game Room opens to the huge front yard, and next to the brook and waterfall.

The Reunion Chalet is not waterfront, but it does have lake access about a 1 mile drive away. Well mannered dogs are considered for a fee. Sorry, no cats no way. Of course, housekeeping before and after your stay and all bed and bath linens are included.
