Our immaculate waterview beach house is located in a boating community in Southold, New York, only a mile from the historic village of Greenport.
With three bedrooms (including one master bedroom with full private bath and cable TV) plus an additional bed height aero bed in a separate living area--all with luxury linens--you'll have plenty of room for everyone. And with a full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and all cooking equipment and utensils, you'll feel right at home
During the day you can enjoy the view from a large deck with an outdoor living room set, weber grill, two umbrellas, and a dining table that opens onto to a very large yard
At night, enjoy two living spaces that both have working fireplaces. The family room has a huge leather sectional. A cable TV well as a VCR and DVD player. There's also a stereo with a six-changer CD player in the room.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a stringent cancellation policy because we only have one beach house to rent. We hope that you understand our business position. Should you make a reservation, then fail to utilize this, we will do our best to re-rent the house. However, we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, unless the house is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If re-rented, we retain only a $150.00 administrative fee.
