There's plenty of exploring to do on the property and a small creek that feeds the pond situated over the hill a 10 minute walk from the house. There you will find one of the largest and oldest oak trees in the county. Estate is ideal for any kind of get away, including family gatherings, a romantic holiday, retreats, weddings and more.

2nd story living area with a complete wrap around porch. Two of the four bedrooms have french doors leading to the back screened in sun porch, a great spot for morning coffee! Extensive mountain views from every room. Beautiful yard with tree swings and breathtaking panoramic mountain views. Interior has a stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, large open area and wood throughout. Enjoy views from the porch of gorgeous sunsets and rolling fields or walk along many wooded mountainous paths or down the winding 1/4 mile driveway lined with apple trees and white fences. We invite you to hob knob, or "mix, socialize, and rub elbows" here at this lovely mountain estate. Directions: Use "45 Medlin Rd" as Apple Trail, our driveway, is a private road and not on the map (only 3 miles from downtown Franklin).
