Welcome to Seaclusion- a port of rest and relaxation! Upon entry, be greeted by a classy nautical style décor. The gas fireplace and flat screen TV are the focal point of this room. Blues and yellows make this space warm and inviting... whether it's the whole family or a romantic getaway. The open floor plan will give you plenty of space to gather for movie night or a boardgame.
Follow the hardwood floors into the dining room. There is a build-out to add more space to the room, and this also lets in more light. The dining room table seats 8, and there are 3 barstools at the counter to fit a few more.

Continuing on, you'll enter the Kitchen. Here you'll find white cupboards, new appliances, granite counters, and everything you'll need for a Admiral's Feast! As you continue on throught the home, to the right is the mud room- a half bath and washer/dryer are tucked away. Out the door to your left is the deck, with a gas BBQ, Hot tub and patio furniture. In the pictures you can see that the park is due west of you, and the community pool (due to be completed Fall 2008) is to the north. There are 2 parking places in the back of the home, which you can see in picture 13. Directly to the south of the home is your side yard, which has a pathway and landscaping.

Back inside, adjacent to the dining area is a hallway that will lead you to the bedrooms. The room to the right has a queen and is decorated in yellows and burnt orange. The room to the left has a queen bed and is decorated in soothing blues. Both of these rooms have southern exposure, which lets the morning light wake you slowly from sleep. There is a full bath in the hall for these rooms to share.

Up the stairs is the Admiral's Suite. A luxurious king bed, TV, sitting area and private bath wait to pamper you. In the bath are his and her sinks, a hairdryer, pillowy towels and lots of space.

Whether you are having a BBQ out on the back deck, relaxing in the hot tub, or watching a movie with the family, with it's 1452 sq ft, Seaclusion is that secret beach escape you've been waiting for!

Seaclusion is located in Olivia Beach. Olivia Beach has a central park, with a sandy volleyball court, community firepit, playground and walking trails. Within a short walk is the beach, wine tasting, coffee, ice cream, restaurants, cigars... and so much more!
