Cancellation Policy:
Any cancelled reservation is subject to our no-refund policy. We offer cancellation insurance through CSA Travel Protection. In lieu of forfeiture, Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, Inc. at their discretion may offer the guest the option of rescheduling the reservation at a later date with the following rules applied:
The new reservation is at the published rate for the new dates
The cabin must be managed by Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, Inc.
The extended reservation change must be made no later than 30 days prior to the original date of arrival.
The change must be approved by the management of Eden Crest Cabin Rentals, Inc.
The guest must book the new reservation at the time of cancellation and the same cabin must be booked.
Deposit Required:
At the time of reservation, 50% of the reservation will be charged to your credit card. The remainder is automatically charged to your card 10 days prior to your arrival.
