Perched on a gentle knoll in the Green Mountains of Vermont, Arcady at the Sunderland Motor Lodge is a pastoral scene set in 16 acres of rolling lawns and forests of maple, birch, pine and oak. The splendor of the Vermont countryside is just outside your door as you sit on your sun porch, stroll on the lawns, take a dip in the pool or relax after a busy day in our old fashioned cedar hot tub heated by a wood burning stove.
For an overnight stay or a family vacation, Arcady at the Sunderland Motor Lodge offers large, comfortably furnished, individually decorated, self-contained, and immaculately maintained rooms suitable for the most discerning traveler and family with children. Our rooms are quiet and inviting, offering comfortable beds with soft, plump pillows and crisp white sheets, as well as sparkling bathrooms. <br>Each room has a sun porch and private ground-floor entrance, refrigerator, coffee maker with never-ending supply of select coffee, direct-dial phone and a cable television with a remote. Movies and VCRs are available at our local video store. All our rooms are air-conditioned in summer and cozy warm in winter and non-smoking.

Cancellation Policy:
We require 3 days advance notice. Certain holidays high demand periods as well as large groups may require 30 (thirty) days notice and/or a deposit. <br>All cancellations will be charged $25.00 handling fee. <br>Cancellations inside the given notice time will not be accepted. The guest will be fully responsible for the total amount of one night's reservation charge. <br>Refunds will only be issued if the room is resold at the same rate. Unsold nights and variances remain the responsibility of the guest. <br>Sorry, no refunds for early departure. <br>All reservations are guaranteed by the Arcady on a mutual basis and are secured by the guest's credit card. <br>Faulty or incomplete information will result in loss of guarantee status and the room may be given to another reservation request.<br>
Property Rental Deposit Required:
During holiday or other high demand season we will ask for a one night deposit.
