Cancel 31 or more days before arrival and receive deposit less 10% back. Cancel 30 to 15 days before arrival there is no refund, but we do transfer deposit for 1 year. Cancel 14 days or less and there is no refund or transfer of deposit
Property Rental Deposit Required:
50% + There is a damage deposit of $200.00 per bedroom for condos with a maximum of $800.00 and $300.00 per bedroom for homes with a maximum $1,500. This is due on arrival and is mailed back shortly after your departure if no damage has occurred.
