Hillside House is a 4,000 square foot contemporary home, nestled among an acre of fir trees, overlooking Mt. Baker and the entrance to Friday Harbor. It features spacious common areas, a two story atrium, landscaped gardens, a small golf putting green, and 6 guestrooms with a king or queen bed and private bath.
The common areas include a living room with a fireplace for winter comfort, a dining room open to our gourmet kitchen, and a large front deck to enjoy the views. The grounds feature landscaped gardens, and a two-story atrium.

No charge for cancellations made at least fourteen days prior to arrival. Within fourteen days, we charge 10% (ten percent) of the total value if we are able to rebook the room(s). We charge full value if we are not able to rebook the rooms. Shortened stays are not refundable. Large groups must give at least 30 days cancellation notice prior to arrival instead of fourteen days.
