We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Afon View. In the event of cancellations, alterations or reduction of numbers by the client, the guesthouse will undertake to mitigate its losses and to re-let the room at similar rates.
The guest will be responsible for the loss incurred by the guesthouse in the event that rooms remain unoccupied, or are at a lower rate than the date the room was booked. The cancellation charges imposed by the guesthouse will therefore reflect the actual loss. Any postponement of confirmed bookings will be treated as cancellation. The Guest House shall be entitled and authorised to deduct such amounts from the Guest's debit/credit card.
Early departure by the Guest before the confirmed departure date shall be treated as a cancellation and no refund of the balance. If cancellation is given without sufficient notice (14 days) the deposit given is non-refundable.
Deposit is usually equivalent to 1st night stay for each room let.
We reserve the right to amend our tariff without notice The Accommodation Provider at the end of your departure with Afon View will charge your card. You will find it comforting to know that if you insure and have to cancel your holiday, you won't have to pay for your accommodation , so be sure you are insured for your break with Afon View.
Credit Card Information is required in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card may be charged.
Please be sure your Credit Card details are correct. The reservation will not be valid if incorrect details is automatically cancelled.
Please check carefully that the expiration date is still valid in coincidence of the cancellation policy time. If the Card expires before please call the hotel as soon as possible to communicate to them the new expiration dates, otherwise the reservation can be cancelled.
LIABILITY OF THE GUEST
Guests are liable for, and shall indemnify the Afon View Guest House for:
? any damage caused whether accidental or deliberate.
Afon View Guest House shall be entitled and authorised to deduct such amounts from the Guest's debit/credit card.
