The bungalow is situated in the southwales village of Risca and offers a peaceful setting to relax or to use as a base to access nearby cities such as Newport, Cardiff, Bristol and Swansea
( whether for holiday purposes or you just need a comfortable base whilst working away from home)
It is conveniently located close to the Celtic Manor Resort and Spa - home of the Ryder Cup 2010
Risca can be found just 5 minutes from Junction 28 of the M4 and has extensive public transport links to the surrounding cities, boasting a new train station within a 15 minute walk.
The recently decorated bungalow enjoys landscaped gardens and fantastic mountain views and sleeps up to 6 people, with a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a double bed settee in the living room. It has a comfortable lounge with separate dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridgefreezer, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A childrens high chair and travel cot are available on request.
The outside area to the front and rear of the property boasts beautiful gardens with patio and bar-b-que - area ( patio funiture and bar-b-que available for use ) and the rear of the property is fully secured with lockable storage shed for your use. There is ample parking for 3 or 4 cars on the secure gated driveway.
You can enjoy Walking or Cycling in the local Forestry Commision Park, or travel to the nearby popular sites of the Brecon Beacons, the Black Mountains or the delightful beaches of South and West Wales.
