Zakynthos Town/Port is 12km away and Zakynthos Airport is at 15km. The local bus station KTEL, with regular services to the city, is at 50m. Vassilikos is famous for the sandy beaches of: Daphne, Porto Zorro, Ionio, Banana, St Nicholas, Porto Roma, Gerakas. In these beaches daily swim many swimmers as there are clean waters, nice beach bars and also you have the opportunity for water sports.Vassilikos is the place that hosts and protects endangered species of sea turtle Caretta - Caretta and the Mediterranean seal Monachus - Monachus.
