Should you cancel a reservation for any reason up to 15 days before your arrival, you will be refunded (expenses for the reimbursement will be deducted). Should you cancel your reservation within 15 days before your arrival, you will loose your advance payment.After the confirmation, we reserve the right, in the case the apartment for any reason will be unsuitable for occupation, to contact you immediately to offer an equivalent or better accomodation. If you decide not to accept it, or if we are unable to find alternative solutions, we will refund the full deposit
