Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel bookings notifying the Organisation. Customers cancelling bookings shall pay a deposit and a fine as follows:
- 20% of the total value of their stay if cancellation occurs from 59 to 30 days before their arrival date
- 50% of the total value of their stay if cancellation occurs from 39 to 15 days before their arrival date
- 75% of the total value of their stay if cancellation occurs from 14 to 5 days before their arrival date
-100% of the total value of their stay if cancellation occurs after such date.
