The Ara Roa cancellation policy is that where cancellations are received up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations received within the 30 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days will result in full payment unless the facility is re-booked.
