Lake Balaton the largest and one of the most stunning lakes of Central Europe, offers you each summer a relaxing, refreshing holiday.
There are a lot of turistic routs and pass time activity opportunities around the lake. We offer you a comfortable accommodation in the most elegant area of Siófok, the capital of Balaton. The Villa Maria is just 100 meters walking distance from the shores. There are 3 separated apartments. All the apartments are alike in quality, they only differ in size (50-70 sq) and the arrangement of rooms.
In the apartments you can find a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 separated bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet. In the living room you have a pull out couch, television with SAT access. The apartments have separate entrances and own terrace or balcony . They are ideal for accommodation for 4-6 persons . In the large garden there is another house containing two separate apartments. It has the same arrangement and is the same quality as the large house. Both houses have central heating system, therefore suitable for staying all round the year. In the garden besides parking your car you can have a nice BBQ party.

In the 200m vicinity of the villa you can find restaurants, shops, supermarkets, tennis court and other various sport facilities, furthermore a selection of bars. On the beach there is a huge slide and opportunity to water-ski.
For families with small children, the children´s beach and the playground makes the holiday even enjoyable.
The bottom of the lake is nicely sandy compared to the Northern shore which is rocky.
People who are fond of fishing are more than welcome here. You can obtain permission in the city.
In the city centre, which is 5 minutes driving and 15 minutes walking distance, you can find several restaurants, discos and shops.
At the Coca-Cola Beach House you can enjoy playing volleyball and soccer.
From the harbour the ships take you to different cities of the lake. The shore of the Golden Lake is 10 kms long. Beyond the beach there are various other activities to help you in relaxing such as spa, horse-riding, hiking and cycling.
