The Villa Maria is just 100 meters walking distance from the shores. There are 3 separated apartments. All the apartments are alike in quality, they only differ in size (50-70 sq) and the arrangement of rooms.
In the apartments you can find a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 separated bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet. In the living room you have a pull out couch, television with SAT access. The apartments have separate entrances and own terrace or balcony . They are ideal for accommodation for 4-6 persons . In the large garden there is another house containing two separate apartments. It has the same arrangement and is the same quality as the large house. Both houses have central heating system, therefore suitable for staying all round the year. In the garden besides parking your car you can have a nice BBQ party.
