**DETAILS about apart. "GUADO":

90 square metres, 3 rooms, – on two levels, this apartment is stylishly decorated in indigo shades and enjoys picturesque country views . Very Spacious open plan living/dining with 1 double sofabed, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, plus fireplace, satellite TV and wireless Internet on request.
The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 queen sized bedroom with very ample wardrobe space and 1 twin [convertible into a double] with very ample wardrobe. A well appointed bathroom with shower is also located on the upper floor. Sleeps 4+2: 4 are the guests accommodated in beds. Other 2 guests can be accommodated on the double sofabed ( extra: € 10 per person a day).

The apartment "Guado" is one of 5 self contained sunny flats situated inside an impressive medieval manor house.
ALL THE APARTMENTS are tastefully and stylishly decorated thanks to a carefully selected colour scheme of warm, pastel shades (yellow, apricot, indigo, mauve) and enjoy plenty of natural light along with panoramic views of the tuscan landscape and the foothills of the Apennines and valley. Each self catering accommodation has its independent entry on the ground floor from the garden, own fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen-corner (4 plates, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven, toaster..), 1 bathroom, with shower, bidet, sink, WC, and all the benefits of modern technology ( Satellite TV, individual washing machine and heating ).

Available, on demand, in every apartment, Wireless connection (charge € 4 per/day). All linens, including swimming pool towels and tables cloths, fans and windows mosquito-nets are provided. Highchairs for babies, iron and hair dryer free on demand. Baby-cot on demand (extra € 5 per/day). The sofa/divan, present in each liv-room, can be transformed into a second double or single bed. Each apartment is furnished for private outdoor dining area with sunshade and garden forniture.

**The Villa**
The "Country House Torre del Guado", old XIII century farmhouse, completely renovated, is about 3 Km from the medieval towns of Anghiari and Sansepolcro, at northeast of Arezzo and on the border with Umbria. The agriturismo Torre del Guado is, at the same time, in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside and within easy driving distance from the main Tuscany and central Italy art cities: Florence, Siena, Rome… Our farmhouse, located in the wonderful Tuscan countryside, inside a (20.000 mq) secure beautifully maintained equipped gardens with the panoramic 15X7 swimming pool (open from 15/05/2010 to 25/09/2010), with its spacious apartments, is ideal for families (if familiar groups, the whole property can be rented), as well as for couples (like honeymoon) or business traveller with double bed apartment. The villa, with its reception rooms plus the park inside the spectacular tuscan landscape, is also a superb weddings, cerimonies location in tuscany ( catering service).
