The apartments are provided with air conditioning/ heating , satellite television, hi-fi, safe, dish washer, fridge and freezer, oven, coffee maker, washing machine , iron and board, sheets, blankets and towels.
Completely renewed and finely furnished, suitable for sleeping 2/4/6 people, well-lit and provided with every comfort.
The apartments consists in a large living area with a sofa bed (king size bed), and a complete kitchen well equipped, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with view on inner gardens. Two differente kind of apartment, with one or two bedrooms, both with a king size bed or two single beds.
We can also provide privat parking in the underground garage of the building (25 euros a day / 150 euros a week) and high speed internet access (5 euros a day).
Rental Rates
Apartment Rates:
One bedroom apartment - Daily rate 120euros / weekly rate 750euros / monthly rateon request. Final cleaning: 8euros per person
Two bedrooms apartment - Daily rate 150euros / weekly rate 900euros / monthly rateon request. Final cleanings: 8euros per person .
Anticipathory deposit: 30%; the balance at the arrival.
THE RATES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE :
TAXES, SHEETS, BLANKETS, TOWELS, KITCHEN LINENS, CONSUMPTIONS ( JUST FOR STAYS LESS THAN 2 WEEKS.
A list of the furnishings is available inside the apartment object to lease.
The rental price of the stay reflects the selected period and includes: rent of the property;
a set of linen and towels; consumptions (water, light, gas, heating conditioned air);
applicable taxes; final cleaning.
For stays from four weeks up, utilities are not included; extra services may be agreed on request
at the reservation time.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of partial of total cancellation of the reservation the following penalty will be applied:
• Communication of the recess until 30 days before the beginning of the period of stay: without incurring in any penalty.
• Communication of the recess from 29 to 15 days before the beginning of the stay: 10% penalty of the total stay amount.
• Communication of the recess from 14 to 5 days before the beginning of the stay: 30% penalty of the total stay amount.
• Communication of the recess from 4 days to the beginning of the stay: 100% penalty of the total stay amount.
Deposit Required:
By confirmation of the availability of the apartment, for the required period, the reservation shall be
considered confirmed upon the reception from Welcome in Florence of anticipatory deposit of 30%
of the entire rate of stay, through banking discount or credit card.
In case of payment through banking discount it is necessary to fax the bank receipt of the discount.
Remaining 70% will have to be paid at the check-in from the customer, through cash or credit card.
For apartments leases from one month up, the payment of the rent shall be made by cash or credit card, monthly, within the 5 of every month.
