Villa del Faro is located on a lovely private beach, and offers exquisite accommodations.
We offer five separate accomodations, Casa Alberca, Casita Tres, Casita Dos – North & South Suites, and the Stone Beach Cottage Rates range from $140 to $425 per night. They all share a large mosaic pool and all have spectacular ocean views. Each is unique, with hand crafted furnishings, stone fireplaces and private terraces set in a world of gardens, fountains and a dramatic oceanside Baja environment
The Pool House is a large palapa next to a 50 ft. mosaic pool. It has a king-size bed with ocean view, living room, kitchen and 1 1/2 baths. Breakfast is included.
Casita Tres has a queen-size bed, and a sitting room with an optional single bed. It contains a small refrigerator and a propane burner for making coffee or tea. There is an elegant full bathroom. It has two terraces, one on either side of the house, and a lovely outdoor living room just outside the bedroom. There is a nearby path to the beach. Breakfast is included.
Casita Dos has two separate suites with a common covered open-air living room that contains a refrigerator and a small propane burner for coffee or tea.
The Casita Dos North Suite includes a queen bedroom with desk area, a half bath and an anterooom that can contain a single bed. The artisan-carved bed and faux bois columns are quite unusual. Firewood for your fireplace is included. The shower is private and outdoor, and there is an adjoining private terrace overlooking the pool area and the ocean.
The Casita Dos South Suite contains a beautiful carved queen bed with matching chests and cabinets. and an anterooom that can contain a single bed. Firewood for your fireplace is included. The full bath has a walk-in tiled shower and a large vanity. Adjoining the suite are terraces overlooking the ocean.
The Stone Cottage is right on the East Cape beach. It is for the more adventurous. It has a queen-size bed, solar lighting, an outdoor shower, an outhouse, and a fireplace (firewood included). Charcoal is provided for the outdoor grill. Breakfast is also included in this rental.
We are very proud of Villa del Faro. As a family of architects and artisans we spent 15 years creating it together and are now happy to be able to share it in this manner.

Fishing expeditions by arrangement. Snorkeling and whale watching are available, and we are very close to some of the best surfing in Baja.

There are miles of empty beach, and trails into the mountains. We are a few miles from some of the best surf breaks in Baja. We offer swimming beaches, snorkeling, scuba diving by arrangement, private fishing charters by arrangement, and in season whale watching from your own private balcony. Shore fishing and bird watching are also exciting. Villa del Faro is just one hour from the shops of San Jose and the Los Cabos Airport, an hour and a half from cosmopolitan Cabo San Lucas, but it is a world away in seclusion and serenity
