Mayfields Park is a new,secure,Asian-styled condo complex located close to all the major business districts,and major shopping malls in Manila. Our condo is furnished to a very high standard,with every facility you will need for a vacation or working stay,providing a spacious and very affordable alternative to hotels.
Mayfields features a beautiful smimming pool and garden complex,with a two story clubhouse, with karaoke suite, and 61 inch screen, and free wf-fi access. Basketball, badminton, and other sports facilities are available to guests. Mayfields is a gated secure community which has 24 hour security.
OUR CONDOMINIUM
Our condominium has a large, fully equipped kitchen (biggest and best equipped in Mayfields), dining, and living room, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with double bed, and one a single bed and an additional pull out bed. Cable TV, video, internet free phone and ADSL internet connection are all provided in the apartment. Complete Bathroom and Bedroom linen (with replacements) are also provided. An automatic washing machine is provided on the private roof deck, and ironing service is available on request. Purified water is available free of charge.
Located on the 5th (top floor), you will enjoy excellent views of Ortigas Center and Eastwood.
SERVICES
Taxi, MRT and LRT and local transport.
Maid service is available for $15 (1.5 hrs).
Baby sitting service is available at $10 per hour.
Meet and pick up from airport (40 minutes away) is available for
$40. Driver available for $70 per day (Manila only).
Food deliveries are also available from all the local fast food
services.

You will find Mayfields along Felix Avenue in Pasig City, Mayfields is close to commercial centers like Makro, Robinsons Metro East, The Big R Supercenter, SM Megamall, Ever Gotesco Mall, and Sta. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for the Mayfields Park Residences
RESERVATIONS and PAYMENT
Payment methods accepted include: American Express, Visa, Master
Card, Paypal, and Bank Transfer.
A reservation fee of $100 is required for all weekly bookings.
Cancellation Policy: The reservation fee is not refundable in the
event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out
below.
The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less
than 10 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.
For monthly and longer term bookings, rent is payable monthly in
advance.
SECURITY BOND
A Security bond is required of $150 for all weekly rentals, and
$300 for all monthly rentals.
The security bond is fully refundable on departure, following
property inspection for weekly rentals, and following settlement of
all utilities charges (pro rata) for monthly rentals. The cost of any
damage or losses (if incurred) will be deducted from the security
deposit.

The place is clean and everything was organized. The only negative thing I can say is that I hired a cleaning lady to clean the place but yet the management still charged me. The place is nice although it far from every thing. There's no in house restaurant or things to buy, but other than that it's Ok.
