For a great holiday this pretty villa is on the exclusive Las Ramblas Golf Course and only a five minute drive from safe, sandy Blue Flag beaches. Three quarters of an hour south of Alicante and twenty minutes from Murcia.
The villa has a private garden at the front and back, a large balcony with outdoor table, a spacious, secluded roof terrace with sun loungers and a lovely view over the course. The sitting/dining area is very comfortable with an open log fire for winter evenings. The villa is furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout, and is equipped with everything you will need.
