Before your journey we communicate on any special needs and requirements for improving your holiday experience. For example the rooms have double beds but we also have singles and cots so the rooms can be set up as you require.
If you have young children and want to be able to relax yourself and enjoy your holiday, we can provide a dedicated young Thai Carer , who will take over the responsibility of looking after them and playing with them as much or as little as you want. We understand children and provide child friendly meals that are fun to them but nutritious. We can also provide educational trips out with the Carer and a private driver.
Thai food needs no planning as our staff can supply at short notice a myriad of dishes, bought directly from the local market including fresh seafood like prawns, snapper, grouper and fresh vegetables and fruit. This can then be cooked to your taste (spicy, thick or thin sauces and side dishes and coconut milk in the creamy curries.)
If you require cordon Bleu cooking a specialist chef can be brought in by the day or for the whole holiday.
BBQ’s can also be fun and there is a large gas unit, the staff can do it all or just help with the preparations, marinating, sauces and side dishes like salads, corn on the cob and egg fried rice.
Wines are available in Samui from most countries and grape varieties so we will send a list in advance so that we can ensure a stock is ready and chilled. Red and White house wine we keep at all times. Beer and soft drinks are always in stock and ready in the main fridges and room mini bars.
