This fully furnished lovely semi-detached Golf Villa offers a communal pool for your enjoyment. It is conveniently located minutes away from all amenities, 1st class European standard golf courses, the Anatolia private hospital, Belek Jardarma (police Department). With 3 bedrooms plus a patio, there is plenty of space for everyone during your holiday. The villa is fully furnished also with appliances that include a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, Satellite TV.
There is a garden of 100 m2 surrounding the villa and a patio with a barbecue. At the ground floor there is the saloon with two sofas, open kitchen, one bedroom and WC. At the second floor there are two bedrooms and bathroom. Top floor is the open terrace with the wiev of Taurus mountains and the forest.

The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful; the towns of Kadriye and Belek are just a 5-minute drive away. The beach is also only a 5-minute drive away from the house, as are the first class golf courses.
Both towns are alive with shopping, restaurants and bars. Eating out in Belek and Kadriye is very affordable and the shopping is full of great bargains.
There is a supermarket/cafe/bar 2 mins from the Villa, the shop is run by a lovely local couple who will always go out of their way to assist you.

Belek is of course, home to some of the finest championship golf courses in the world and many are just a few minutes drive from our villa. The quality of these courses compares favourably with any around England and Europe, including the Algarve and Spain.
A true paradise for tourists on the shore of the Mediterranean in the midst of its own pine forest. The brand new Nick Faldo 27 hole Golf Course has been constructed in the pine forest at the end of the Street. The Belek region on the Mediterranean coast is located 30 kilometers to he east of Antalya. Recently it was chosen by the Tourism Ministry to be a tourism model not just for today's tourist, but also for the tourists of the future.
Belek/Kadriye have fantastic local facilities, and both Towns have completed brand new Beach Parks for 2007. The area also boasts 8 International statndard golf courses, with more scheduled for completion in next two years, Water Parks, Zoo, beautiful sandy Beaches with Water Sports, Horse Riding, Mountain biking, quad biking. Belek and Kadriye, are both market towns which provide good shopping, great restaurants and a lively nightlife.
There is a very good english speaking taxi service, and the local Dolmus bus service runs in front of the villa. You can also hire a car at very competitive rates.

Although Belek is probably more cosmopolitan and offers greater choice for shopping, Kadriye is like going home it is easy to find your way around and everyone will make you feel welcome and treat you as though they have known you for years. Custom is very important to Turkish people and when you are the customer you can expect to be looked after extremely well. It is a Turkish business man's sole aim to ensure you leave satisfied in order that you will return again very soon.
There are several very good restaurants in Kadriye and Belek; all offering a varying choice of menu at reasonable prices.
The popular, yet uncrowded, golden sand beach is a five minute drive away offering a multitude of water sport activities for the more athletic, or relaxing sunbathing for the less energetic. For a change, you can even use the excellent facilities and entertainment of local 5 star hotels, all inclusive of food and drink, use of pools, water slides, private beach etc, for very reasonable daily or half daily rates, with 50% discounts for children under 12, and free for children under 7.

Just some of the many day attractions include spectacular waterfalls at Duden, exhilarating rafting at Koprulu Canyon, the captivating ancient ruins at Side, shopping in Antalya, boat trips, jeep safaris....
In the evenings, you can choose to dance the night away or inspect the choice of bars in Belek or Kadriye, but whatever else, you should reserve a night at Aspendos, and enjoy a breathtaking show in arguably the best restored Roman amphitheatre in the world! A memorable experience!

If you do choose to stay at our villa, remember, you will only be half an hour from the airport and just 5 to 10 minutes from all amenities, local towns, beaches, several of the world’s most renowned golf courses and the beautiful pine forest, which is fantastic if you enjoy horse riding. With a backdrop view of the Taurus mountains, we are only an hour and 45 mins drive away from the ski resort at Saklikent, which enjoys good snow conditions from December through to the beginning of May. Imagine a morning’s skiing followed by an afternoon dip in the warm Mediterranean sea!
