This beautiful modern South Lake Tahoe vacation home has everything. After a rough day on the Heavenly Valley ski slopes, at the lake, or in the casinos you can relax in your own private jacuzzi with views of the Heavenly ski mountains.
Our South Lake Tahoe vacation home has the following amenities
Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms in addition to a loft. The lower floor has a Queen Bed, 2 Full fold out couches. Middle floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with a king bed. The main floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The loft has a full bed.
Kitchen, dinning and living area all open. The kitchen floor is done in a travertine tile, the house is fully carpeted, and a rock fireplace is located in the living room.
Equipment : Telephone, HD TV, DVD, stereo-radio-CD player, microwave, Electric Stove/Oven, coffeemaker, fridge and freezer are in the home. The washing machine and Dryer are in the Garage.

Population: South Lake Tahoe, including the Stateline area, has a permanent, year-round population of 34,000.
Sunshine: The sun shines at Lake Tahoe during 75% of the year, or 274 days.
Snowfall: At lake level, annual snowfall averages 125 inches. At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year.
Gaming: There are six 24-hour casinos in the South Lake Tahoe area. Together, they have a total of 7,051 slot machines and 411 game tables.
Skiing: Skiers can hit the slopes on one of the 182 ski trails in the midst of more than 8,800 total ski resort acres. The longest ski run in the area is 5.5 miles long. Lake Tahoe's greatest vertical drop is 3,600 feet. Both runs are at Heavenly.
