This corner unit is conveniently located on the second floor (with elevator) and overlooks both the lake and superb pool area, with water jet playscape fountains, beach, hot tub, and wading area.
The luxuriously furnished 3-Bedroom condominium is a large 1400 square feet, and includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living room with large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed with TV, and a private bath with walk-in shower, granite counters, and jacuzzi-tub. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two double beds each with their own TV. The living room contains a queen sized pull-out sleeper sofa. Linens are included, and a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron is also contained inside the unit.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, appliances, and silverware and has an island with seating for two at the bar. The dining room also contains seating for 6. Free high speed internet is complimentary and satellite TV is included. Room safe is provided.

Cancellation Policy for Resort Condo with Tennis Courts, Community Pool, Jacuzzi:
Upon written notification being received, the following is applicable:
• More than 45 days in advance of the agreed Arrival Date of the Booking, 100% of the full Rental Cost will be refunded (including deposit).
• Between 30-45 days in advance of the agreed Arrival Date, 50% of the total Rental Charge is refundable.
• At 30 days or less prior to the agreed Arrival Date, NO refund of any deposit or advance payment will be permitted.
Deposit Required for Resort Condo with Tennis Courts, Community Pool, Jacuzzi:
A 20% Deposit of the total Rental Cost due must be received at the time of the booking – the balance is due to be paid in full at least 45 days prior to the arrival date.
