St Vincent and the Grenadines Vacations

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines are a group of islands located between St Lucia and Grenade and north of Venezuela. The islands are an independent nation. The largest of the islands is Saint Vincent and the capital is Kingstown. English is the major language. The Grenadines section consist of 32 islands and cays that extend south of St Vincent. The islands of the Grenadines are Bequia, Canouan, Mustique, Union Island, Mayreau and Isle d'Quatre. In the northern region of St Vincent is the Soufrière Saint Vincent volcano which last erupted in 1979. Bequia is one of the larger islands of the Grenadines (with a population of 6,000) and it is popular sailing destination.
