Our Abiquiu casita is located in the High Desert of Northern New Mexico between the villages of Medanales and Abiquiu on a mesa (appr. 6000 feet elevation). Very peaceful and quiet setting with spectacular panoramic views. It's ideal for people looking to relax and get away from the big city.

Santa Fe and Carson National Forest and Bandelier National Monument are great places for hiking. Fishing in the nearby rivers and lakes.

In the winter you can find some of the finest skiing/boarding in the southwestern Rockies (SantaFe-Pajarito-Taos).
